This is a free email announcement that goes out 1 to 2 times a month.  It informs our customers of specials, baby info, and new additions to StillAdorable.com.

What if I want to give my purchase as a gift?
We have some great baby shower and new arrival gifts!  If you want to give your purchase as a gift do the following when checking out.  Simply fill in your address for the billing address and the recipient's address for the shipping address.  Include your gift message when asked "Is this a gift? Include your gift message here."  You will be emailed your receipt and your order will include a packing list only with your gift message attached.  If you would like your item gift wrapped, check the box marked "Add $5.00 for Gift Wrapping-allow 4 extra days for shipping".

Does StillAdorable purchase baby clothing & shoes?
We are now transitioning to offer only handmade gift items.  You are still able to purchase new & gently used clothing & shoes from us at this time, however, we are no longer purchasing these items.  We suggest donating these items to your favorite charity, or selling them on Ebay.

Is it safe to enter my credit card information on the internet?
We use a secure server for all of our credit card transactions.  This secure server encrypts credit card information.  If you still do not feel comfortable entering your credit card information online, please feel free to use our "offline" order form which allows you to pay via credit card, check, or money order through the mail.  Instructions for offline ordering are available when checking out.

When will I receive my baby's order?
All credit card orders are shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise noted.  We will send you an email notification when your package has been shipped.  If you are paying via check, we will ship your order after the payment has been received and cleared.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping charges are dependent on the contents of your order.  You will see the shipping charge in your shopping cart when you are checking out.  All orders outside of the US will incur an additional shipping charge of $10.

When I was checking out the shopping cart told me that an item was out of stock. Why didn't the item say "out of stock" in the catalog?
The item was not out of stock when you put it into your shopping cart.  However, between the time you put it in the cart and checked out, someone else put it into their cart and checked out before you did.  Items are not listed as "out of stock" until they have been purchased.  This way, if someone decides to abandon a shopping cart, our customers still have access to our entire inventory.

How do I know the condition of the previously adored items?
All items in the clothing & shoes category explain the condition in the description.  If the item states NEW! in the description, this means that it was purchased directly from the manufacturer or wholesaler.  If you have any questions about a particular item, please contact us with the item number and your question.

What payment methods does StillAdorable.com accept?
We accept, Mastercard, VISA, money orders, and personal checks.  Personal checks will be held for a period of 10 days to ensure sufficient funds.  If you would prefer to pay via personal check or money order please fill out the payment form.

What if I am not happy with my merchandise?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send an email to service@stilladorable.com within 10 days after receipt of your merchandise.  We will send you complete instructions on how to return the merchandise and receive a full refund.  If you contact us within 10 days after the receipt of your merchandise, we will guarantee a full refund, no matter what the reason.  We will however ask you for the reason in order to better serve you in the future.

How are the previously adored items prepared for sale?
We wash all previously adored merchandise prior to shipment.  We use Era Detergent.  It is always recommended, however, that you wash all new and used baby clothes in the detergent that you use for your own adorable baby.

What size should I order my baby?
Sizes vary dramatically from manufacturer to manufacturer and they rarely correspond to the baby's age.  If in doubt, always order on the larger side.  It is better to receive clothes that baby can grow into than clothes that are outgrown before they are ever worn.

I mistyped my credit card information, but after I went back and fixed it, it still gave me the same error.  What should I do?
Leave the shopping cart completely and re-enter it. (For example: Click on the "HOME" button and then click on the "SHOP" button, and then click on the "Place Order" text. )  Your order should all still be intact if you have "cookies" enabled on your computer (this is a property of your browser that allows information from a website to be stored on your computer.)  You will be able to once again re-enter the correct credit card information.
